I’m doing good, been busy with office work (sigh).
What I can add to your post is “Sharing” and “Positive Thinking”.
Sharing your thoughts and feeling will make the process of understanding easier.
And if you think positively toward your partner and the relationship, you will get Trust and Respect.
Of course, you can always use your natural alarm (a.k.a instinct) when you think something smelly is going on with your partner
